Parents and teachers need greater freedom
Education is vital for our children and for the country’s future. Yet under Labour our education system has under performed. The Conservatives are to introduce a radical change in education policy which should lead to greater freedom for schools. This will allow parents and teachers to have a much larger say in the education of their children.
The Conservative Party is committed to raising educational standards and believes that giving schools greater independence will help raise standards.
